Information about the Doctoral School Day

The Doctoral School Day is a highlight in the life of the laboratories that make it up. It will take place on May 20, 2026.

This year, Stéphane BONELLI, INRAE Research Director at the RECOVER laboratory, will honor us with his presence and open the day with a lecture on the Physics of erosion processes causing flood risk. Its research, teaching and consulting activities focus on internal and surface erosion, through numerical modeling, laboratory tests and ground observations.
He is part of the CFBR since 1998, which is the French comitee of dams and reservoirs, and president since 2012 of the international work group Eurcold (ICOLD European Club) on internal erosion in dams and dikes.

This opening lecture will be followed by presentations of the doctoral students' research.

The day is also a unique opportunity to forge new collaborations, learn about the diversity of the laboratories' themes, build or strengthen your network and, last but not least, share a convivial moment over a buffet provided by the doctoral school.

The organizing committee will award the three best presentations (abstract, oral presentation and poster) with prizes of €300, €200 and €100.

The schedule for the day is detailed in the Program tab. The order of presentations will be announced after the closure of submissions.
